A lot of senior TMs in my store in RM region have been fired or written up over the last few days. Something seems off about this, but maybe it's paranoia. Has anyone else noticed this?

I quit because of the Store Team Leader CD. Biggest jerk I ever worked for. Thinks he knows everything and rude as hell.
Ya know.. OTS was terrible but it was the unfair wages of many senior team members that made me find a better job. Many were making more than a team leader and were the laziest people. You couldn’t fire them because they knew the system. I got tired of busting my a-- while some sassy old lady only made 100 tubs of guacamole in one day and would act like she was what was keeping the team going because she knows the “culture”. DROP their wages or fire them
