Layoffs, divestures and implementing more manual processes than any bean counter can count. All under the guise of managing risk well...until it doesn’t. But who cares. The execs will have moved to the next role by then.
I hope this is satire. My executive management team treated its tenured associates like garbage by giving the older ⅓ of the group severance packages. Then they ran off to their exec to brag about how much money they saved. Surprise surprise - all that’s left are people in their 20s and 30s. Hey instead of innovating like a true tech company we can just lay everyone off...pure genius
