I hope everyone who is complaining about their bad bosses will share the info in the survey. They really do care about those results from my experience.

For many years, I tried to be reasoned and honest about 1-5 rating of the management from the perspective of an employee, goving the middle value of 3 to many questions.
As my so-called manager went from bad to worse toward the end of my 10+ years at the bank, I gave many 2 or 1 ratings with specific comments. I didnt care about anonymity.
In just a month or 2 after thar, I got laid off . I think I will never know if this was a retaliation...
I’ve seen them layoff bosses because of the results. If you blab here, does no good. If you spill the beans on the survey, there is a good chance that cruddy boss will have to answer to higher ups. At least be heard.
It is anonymous and they get all paranoid trying to figure it out especially if you leave comments and it sounds like so and so would say- they guess who wrote what.
Have been doing the survey for 25 years - no, they don't care, no they will not address the real issues, they will address low hanging fruit and claim they are responding, yes, you will be retaliated against.
The survey is not really anonymous, they know exactly who answers each respective survey.
They really care more if you are middle of the road. Those are the people they can move
In the form just paste a link to this site
Thank you for the info HR lady.
