THis happens at all companies relying on software and online phones to do business, the difference is the tech team in place to resolve this. If amazons we presence had and outage I am sure it would be resolved quickly...not there yet for the new baby

True. My new job has similar issues. Sometimes its our entire phone system. Or the pos. Its ridiculous. And when 2 happen at the same time its a sh*t show. Plus its integrated with Oracle which is a dumpsterfire all its own

F-ing Fantastic. Prime codes didn't work, tm discount cards didn't work- i spent so much time manually applying discounts to tm purchases because it was during lunch rush. Three of our registers were 'comm line down' so unusable. And leadership can't figure out what to do when this happens - does this even happen at other companies? #tiredofthissh_t
