Should BoA managers who lied on H1-B affidavits be criminally prosecuted?

Managers who were laying off American workers (Reduction in Force) while simultaneously lying under oath on H1-B applications saying there were not American workers for those jobs be criminally prosecuted for fraud/perjury?

Maybe we should criminally refer these managers to the Department of Homeland Security?

(PS I know this site has had some problems with race being interjected in discussions regarding H1-B abuse at BoA. That is not the intention of this post and I hope replies don’t go in that direction. H1-B abuse affects Americans of all colors.)

All H1B sponsored employees are now tracked on a list, as a risk due to Trump era regulation. Bank is doing away with H1B's. The brown folks you see around you are Green Card immigrants, just like your fore fathers that came here for a living. The odd one or two H1B's are truly highly paid employees with specialized skill set that you will never be able to learn, mostly because you seem to be more concerned about retaining your existing outdated role.

Focus on the huge numbers of support staff from overseas that are not employees but hired by the company that sponsors the New York marathon and obviously is making real big money from this outsourcing. The full time employees are really not the problem here.

Most definitely, if BofA is interested in salvaging their reputation and future lawsuits. If they are not fired, then, that makes BofA complicit in their crime and open to future litigation and scrutiny.
