Responsible growth means "not taking any risk" and so there really is no future except for layoffs as any increment in revenue will have to come from layoffs. There is just no other way unless people are prepared to put themselves out there and take at least some kind of calculated risks.

the layoffs of making us lean and mean are coming to an end....their will be a few but the next step, in my opinion, is to sell of parts of the company .... employees will be given the option of going to the new company....
