The rumor in the office is that the severance package will be changed and it will max out at 6 weeks. Not sure if this is true, but I heard it from two different sources. So, take it with a grain of salt.

The person that suggested severance could be eliminated completely is a mo--n. Not even clueless Millennials would work for a company with ZERO severance.
If you don't have reliable information from a reliable source stick to the Charlie bashing.
Please note. Below Expectations should NOT impact your supplemental package. It will probably impact your bonus though. You need an unsatisfactory before supplemental gets impacted.
If you are sticking around for the supplemental income package you should start looking. This is going to be eliminated very soon. The current package of 2 weeks per year will be scaled back or eliminated totally.
What would be the severance for BE? Any idea?
I don't care what the executives did. When they're pulling in 100x what the average employee makes, how is that fair?
That's bad news, because half of us are sticking it out specifically for that package. Greedy Charlie. Enjoy your wealth. There's a special place in hell for you.
What do you mean by maxed out at six weeks? It's not like one week pay for each year of service?
In fairness, the executives reduced their severance to 1 times compensation in February. This information, including executive salaries is available in the proxy.
