They continue to outsource on the IT Side - there are more jobs sent to Poland and a ton to India - smart, smart, at some point there will be zero knowledge here in the USA>

Indian born CEOs run Microsoft, Google, Pepsi, and MasterCard. It's straight up racist to paint India with that kind of brush. Are you going to go on about the Jewish threat to the Master race next?
Indian Staff has little or no knowledge. BNYM is laying them off too. They are trying to hire more Polish as the skill set fits better less lying as per Indian culture. Actual fact they laid off people in my area and are hiring replacements overseas to cut cost. Issue is when you lay off 10%+ of your workforce to save on paying out bonuses. You loose so much talent you will never recover. Layoffs are to continue thru Feb and Mar of 2019.
How about we start paying IT folks what they deserve. In that case you don't need H1Bs to fill your $80K 80hr per week jobs and young Americans may be attracted to a career in tech. But now, we chose to import folks to do hard work for no money and no wander our kids dont want to do it.
There's a major skills shortage Stateside, and a lot of the best and brightest we hire stateside is Chinese and Indian grad students. Mexico graduates more engineers annually than the USA, that's how sad the state of things are. It's not the world's fault that America hates math.
