Thread regarding Bank of New York Mellon Corp. layoffs

Poor Management

Dear investors, BNY Mellon clearly does not know how to grow new business, increase revenue and provide quality services to their clients. Mr. Scharf's request to "be patient" (article below) should have been, "give me six months and I'll just conduct layoffs and dishonest reviews" to drive the stock price. When is enough going to be enough with corporate America and the leaders who care only about their deep pockets, versus what America stands for, to reward dedicated, long term employees who give their all. Perhaps the leadership team will admit their mistakes when they leave with their $millions and the average worker can barely get by. It's time to hold corporate CEO'S accountable.

Can I review Charlie’s performance? Cause as far as I can see he wouldn’t even rate below expectations. He’s awful.

As soon as I got a bad mid year I saw the writing on the wall even though I did fantastic but I was rated off my “peers”, spent my time looking for other work. Once you get a bad mark you’re doomed.
