Anyone and everyone ever had been laid off from the Bank ends up in better spot. Don't get discouraged. It is a blessing in disguise.
This sentence was originally a reply to one of the other threads by @XG0fl1n-ucx . Have to say that I agree 100%. Working for a bank we are giving an illusion that that is a great job and that we couldn't do better anywhere else. The truth is quite the opposite. I know it “first hand” as I was laid off from BofA 2 years ago and landed a better job with less stress and better pay, but also know some people who had the same faith and are all doing better. So, I would advise anyone who got laid off at BofA to thinko os that, as the original poster said, as a blessing in disguise.
