It’s a fact that we’ve never been the company that pays good salaries to its workers, but I was able to get by. Now that they cut hour hours and filled them with part-time workers it’s become impossible to make ends meet. I wonder if anybody else feels the same way?

Well not to be that guy but 'our hours'? You mean the Store's hours. Maybe the hours are better spent with people who have open availability.
This is at the store level, right? I was hourly at corporate, so want to be sure.
