My severance ends in August. I’m being recruited for several contractor positions at B of A. Here are the questions I have:
1- Will B of A hire me through a staffing firm as a displaced associate?
2- If I accept the position, does my severance end?

I don’t think that applies to any other contract role outside of BofA. When I was laid off, I received severance and contracted with another bank. I was getting some nice checks for about 6 months
The new rukes are that you cannot work on the BofA account until your severance has ended. This recently changed. It use to be that you could work for a contracter or vendor after 90 days.
Unfortunately, you will need to wait until your severence ends.
