Layoffs are never ending, people are leaving this place in droves on their own, new hires are occasional at best...
If it continues like this, who'll be doing the actual work?
For now, leadership is only seeing the positive side of this as operational costs continue to shrink.
I can't wait for them to start feeling the consequences as well when work is no longer being done.
