Back in 2004 based on the Edgar post below: "(The Bank)... will continue to pay you your base salary for the period from April 1, 2004 through December 31, 2004", so that makes 10 months, fairly generous.

It depends on how long you are with the company, I think you get 1 week of severance pay for every year you spent with Bank of America
