Name one thing that you hate about Bank of America? How about one thing that you love? A) I hate my pay, I think that we pay a bit less than market wages (in general) - b) I get to work from home sometimes (1 x month), I love that, I have a long commute and this helps even though 1 x month is not that much.

Love - people. Hate - management.
I can honestly say that I cannot think of one thing I "love" about this company. I like some of the people...but really that's it. This is probably the worst place to work for.
