There was a WARN notice issued in Plano, TX for 187 folks. Has anyone heard anymore information on this? Management keeps saying that "we thought those layoffs already occured" which is bullshit. Anyone know what department or numbers?

As it turns out, more than just the aggrieved homeowners will feel the impact of the settlement. Nearly 200 people in Bank of America’s mortgage servicing department are about to lose their jobs because of it.
News of the layoffs was discovered in a State of Texas Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notification ACT Notice. The WARN Notice shows that Bank of America will layoff 187 employees from its Plano, Texas offices on Nov. 7.
Should all be done in November, by mid Nov. There is a WARN on the gov's website, will see if I can find the link. Legacy Asset Svcng and Home Loan Originations. Legacy Asset Servicing unit in Fort Worth was decimated earlier this Fall.
