Leader of GL confirmed rumors layoffs coming!! People were scared...NOW we are all TERRIFIED!!! Leader did not provide when, who, where or details. Just enough to p*#@ our pants today!!

BofA laid off 20,00 last year peeps!! This year will probably be the same. Not sure why this is a surprise to ALL. I can validate we have room for efficiencies throughout the company.

Global Learning has been on a chopping block for a while, I am not sure why you are surprised. Also, think about it - the management is unable to grow revenues so they will cut costs to keep shareholders happy, that's why we will be cutting well into 2015 and 2016. I think we'll start growing in 2016 but for now, I can guarantee you that they will go after cost centers like Global Learning. This is just me talking, I have nothing to support this, just my logic and gut feeling. Good luck to all of us here at Bank of America.
