The labor commissioner in Bangalore may have been paid well now ( consultant fees or dirty terms Bribe) to keep quiet.

When we get our reviews, will we see any raises this year? 2. When the next round of restructure/reorganization/chop of the axe comes around in a few weeks, will we get our severance based on our new pay or not?
