There were always too many inexperienced hires for the last ten years. Time to cut the fat.

Targets 3 Citations and a Gulfstream will probably fly through the storm. General Mills lost its whole flight department in the last restructuring that wrapped up only a few months ago.

The criteria for the layoffs were tenure, performance review and business need.

Our director told is in a 1:30 pm meeting that India and all contractors are safe this time around.

The new organizational structure will be presented tomorrow and in the next few days. We can't count on being on the same team we are now. Has anyone seen the new org structure?

Are we anticipating additional cuts tomorrow or are we more or less done for now? I hear opposing opinions among my peers, and wanted to see what all of us here think.

Why do they hate us so much?

I was praying that it would be me and not my coworkers but I was spared. Is there any way I can offer up my position? Anyone I can talk to about it? I know I sound crazy but I wanted this to be my out. I need that severance. I can't just quit.

For those that watch Game of Thrones...many are already calling this day at Target "red & khaki wedding" as a reference to the "red wedding" episode in GOT.

Today RGS Operations managers were let go! They're saying collections is safe, but who knows!!!!!

TC Lost a few really good people today...and more than a few not so good ones.
