I could hear that some Org change is being planned to be announced in Jan but nothing is coming as of now. Merger of PMCOE/SD with Build. There will be lots of PG15/16/17 Team members who will not have work due to duplicate roles being removed.

Just heard that Target India will open a liaison office on Nicollet Mall next month to make the transition of all jobs from Mpls to Target India faster.

All the Target Canada employees on the 8th floor at TP3 in downtown MPlS were just told their jobs are gone end of February.

Target plans to close at least 50 underperforming stores in the US end of February. Combined with job losses at Target ISM and Marketing in MPls, the job total will be at least 1,000.

I have been part of Target Canada since it's inception. And I was just told that ALL of Target Canada is closing in 5 months. All store inventory is being liquidated, all staff at stores and headquarters in Mpls will be told tomorrow.

I just got out of a meeting and the entire 7th floor at TP3 in downtown MPLS was just outsourced to India.

Target headquarter leadership opened their hearts this morning.

What rumors are going around? We were asked today that review scores need to be submitted next week already. I have a feeling a huge layoff is coming. They are also canceling a lot of classes for new hires
