There is confirmation at my store that some leadership changes are happening. Also in May, the unload teams will start at 6 rather than 4 in almost all stores.

They will not pay for your sick leave, if you're planning to quit then it's time to start using it. Target treat their employees terribly, it'll just get worse as they consolidates jobs, expecting you to do more with less hours.
