It's getting worse. Start back with the down votes on Glassdoor!
Future of Remote Managers of Managers
How much longer will remote managers of managers last here? The excuse that you manage a geographically dispersed business line doesn't hold water. You should be expected to work out of a hub like the rest of the employees.
CAS
Try being a first line risk team working with CAS. They lie and become aggressive in trying to remain relevant. They stress every one out and do not act like a true audit team. It is really sad (Js we r looking at u). They build no trust with any... — read more
Should I go to another department?
I started with Customer Service and it feels like a really negative environment. Not the customers, but the leaders and senior leaders. Is it worth transferring to another department or is it the same through out the company? Any hope the senior... — read more
If you signed up with US Bank recently, what drew you in?
The reputation hasn’t been great, so was it desperation or something else? No judgment, just trying to understand the mindset of newer folks.
RM&C expense management
When does GK take a look at some of the wasted expenses in rm&c? Managers with a couple directs, tons of reg issues, and a reputation risk group that isn’t needed
How far in advance do managers know about a RIF?
Part of a RIF last year and I can’t get it out of my head my manager had to of known I would be part of it for at least a month or more beforehand. 1:1s were pointless usually less than 10 minutes long. No interest in me or my career or helping me... — read more

Overworked and undervalued
My salary’s been basically the same for years (insulting raises just for the sake of being able to say they gave me a raise), even as my workload keeps growing. I enjoy working here, but the job’s lost its spark with how little they care about us... — read more
Mentally Drained
Is it possible to get workers compensation or disability for being mentally drained from office work and PTSD from having to go in the office? Can I get a doctor note to WFH or have reduced work schedule?
Anyone notice that our favorite disruptive influence isn't active on weekends?
Ever wonder why that is?
Promotion without a pay raise
Am I being low balled? I was recently promoted from grade 12 to grade 13 without a pay raise. Only change in compensation is my bonus increase from 8% to 10%. But I take on a lot of new responsibilities.
Nobody wants to stay here
Our director left for a job with "fewer responsibilities" and a 20% pay cut. Let that sink in. If the people who get paid to pretend everything’s fine are noping out, what chance do the rest of us have? LinkedIn’s looking real tempting right now. — read more

IT Support
With offshoring, it's going to get even worse. The technical support is horrible. The techs ask you the same questions over and over and over and over.
CCC E-mail
If you haven't checked your e-mail, read the backhanded apology by Gunjan. Makes here sound even more clueless.

Is there some type of scandal in the making?

To laugh off our issues is not good leadership
The issue with RTO is a lack of consideration for how people are spread out and where it makes sense for people to go into the office. I am alone in the office. I sit on teams calls all day like I did at home. The only collaboration I have is... — read more

The tone deafness of an offshore CEO
The tone deafness of an offshore CEO, GK. All I remember from the recent all hands call with GK and the board were: *GK calling WFH non-sense *GK calling someone's question selfish *GK telling employees to look for employment somewhere else
So, how do we move on?
