They should call it Offshore Bank

Nothing U.S. or American about it anymore. No appreciation for those with decades of loyal service. Just outsource to "offshore" cheap labor hourly rate turks that don't care about the brand, don't know the industry, say what you want to hear. All... — read more

Happy Monday!

Good morning, everyone – Last Friday got away from me, so I decided it would be better to wait and say “hello” on Monday morning, in hopes that it can help us all ease (or be thrown) back into what will likely be another busy work week. 😊... — read more

I envy those who were already notified

The stress of the past two days is really some of the worst I've felt my entire adult life. If I was laid off, at least I'd know what my next steps would be. Like this, I feel stuck in the limbo. I know it'll all probably be done by the end of the... — read more

When will we know more details?

Now that this bomb has been dropped on us, what are the chances they'll give us the details soon? It wouldn't be fair of them to announce something like this and then let us all stew for who knows how long. That wouldn't be good for us or the bank... — read more

Layoffs?

Has there been any news?

What a joke

All the banks open in our town of 20,000 people. Usbank is the only one closed up to this point. Literally waited in the drive thru for over 20 minutes and the line was backed up into the street. Great bank! Great customer service! NOT

Not Richard’s Bank - Massive closures coming

It has become abundantly clear that USB not only no longer cares about their employees who have become numbers at best, but also obviously doesn’t care about their customers. All decisions are made solely with a bottom line in mind and it doesn’t... — read more

Premium pay for front line employees

Andy Cecere

Anyone else see Andy Cecere just got a 40% increase on his salary. Must be nice to be on top but leave your employees struggling. What is ethical about anything you are doing?

Fascinating

Accused of the same Crimes as Wells Fargo and not a peep on this board. Bad timing. Going to be brutal with layoffs

US Bank partners with State Farm

From my understanding, State Farm agents will be able to open us bank accounts, offer loan products, etc. I don’t understand the direction Andy is heading and I certainly don’t like it. What’s the point in a banker if you are allowing insurance... — read more

All of these re-orgs are happening....mad house

Feels like every day there is some sort of re-org being announced mentioning further re-orgs to come down the line. Things are uncertain and people talk. Seems many are looking to leave. Mentions of many layoffs coming down the pipe.

Invested in Technologies but no debtcard reader?

I dont know what part of technology US Bank is investing in when there is not card reader machines, no wire transfer function online, and not to mentioned the old ATMs like eating your customers' debtcard on daily basis.
