Excellent performance review but laid off anyway?

I am very disappointed and angry because I've realized that these layoffs are not performance related at all. I know some people who had a very good performance review but were informed that they are no longer needed here. It's so... — read more

IT in the cross hairs

They laid off entire teams. Mine included. Said our positions were unnecessary. We all had almost 20+ years or more of experience. We are being replaced by off shore contractors.

Are layoffs done?

Usually we don't have layoffs on Friday, but considering how many people were cut yesterday I wouldn't be surprised if they left more for today. Is there any chance that somebody knows for sure if layoffs are done or not? Either way, it's not going... — read more

Stay at home at your own risk

Wayne wants everyone back in the office. Directors and other leaders are already being pressured or required to come in as an example to everyone else. Coming into the office is seen as a sign of “engagement” and of “leadership” these days. If you... — read more

It’s such a farce
