Return To Office?

Here we are, about three weeks away from the “return to office” day, with zero communication. I for one hope this isn’t being tracked by badge, swipes or whatever because I will definitely live in my time in the office even if we are required to go... — read more

Meanwhile, somewhere…

RB is having her 1/4” thick toenails filed down in some poor pedicurist’s chair with a stalagmite mound of clippings next to her chair- all on our dime.

No wonder this company is tanking

Went to fill a script today and of course our cr-ppy insurance denies the medication. The cost to fill it was $725! This is a very standard topical. This was called into a mail order pharmacy and without using insurance it’s $65! This has happened... — read more

No merit raises or bonuses for banded.

HR / support office staff won't be receiving merit increases or bonuses this year. Looks like they're wanting people to leave instead of laying off / severancing people.

UPDATE PLEASE

on October 9th sickout! Anyone have info? TIA!

Is there a sickout 10/9?

And if so- why maybe only pharmacists?? They’re certainly VERY important, obviously! But would think a collective sickout from all levels would send a cohesive message, like oh-say… Why does UptownCrazyClown still have a job??????????? 🥁🥁 Same... — read more

Seems like employee morale is at an all time low

If you think the morale in the field and at corporate is bad now just wait until they announce no bonuses this year. The mass exodus will start after that and if they think staffing stores are hard now wait until that happens. Pessina is going to... — read more

0% Merit Raises This Year

I’m sure everyone at the support center (corporate) saw the email from Ginger about no merit raises this year (among other things). This is probably Walgreens way of having people leave on their own, versus having to give severance for layoffs… .. — read more
