Still No Deal

SB said the deal would be done in June. Tomorrow is July 1st, Not quite sure why anybody believes what this guy says.

Any cuts?

With the exception of Monday, the last business day this month, has June been safe from cuts?

Out of Touch Leadership

No new news here I guess but it really is astounding the utter sh-t show that exists on the ground level and how for about 3 years now we are told how many things are being done to fix the problems and streamline blah blah blah. But NOTHING changes... — read more

Final countdown?

Appears this is it? The acquisition to be completed in next monthish? Layoffs and redundancy firing to begin immediately or do we think they wait?

I left last year and never looked back

The new job doesn’t pay better, but it has one big advantage - they invest in marketable skills, which actually makes you more employable down the line. Finding a job out of Xerox was an extreme pain. Do yourself a favor, invest in yourself and don’t... — read more

Good to know Xerox is paying even less now

Got an unsolicited Linkedin message today after hapily moving on from Xerox. Never mind the lack of raises. I knew how much people on the ITsavvy side were making before the acquistion. Got offered the position I used to supervise, for $2 LESS an... — read more

Hiring in sales

They are hiring a large amount of sales people in St. John, Canada. Is this a sign of health or a desperate attempt to increase revenue?

Nothing fair about this

How can named executive officers receive any increases when none of the grunts or pawns received any yearly increases? This is not morally right when we, the peons, do all of the customer-facing business. The day-to-day employees are the pillars of... — read more

CEO Club Again?!

Not sure how they tell staff no chance of pay reviews or replacing those who have left but continue to put millions of dollars into CEO club for the second year running. Seems like a big kiss a$$ event ti make upper management feel ‘special’ and... — read more

June cuts

The month is nearly half over and no news on cuts. Does that mean rumors were false?

Dude, Where’s my Dividend?

Why Dividend so low? Wasn’t a few lay offs sacrificed to the Divvy better than so many more layoffs without Dividend? Next Q performance gonna be huge? Customers got new inexplicable hankerings for photocopiers? I hope so but only thing on that... — read more

Good riddance!

A month without Xerox and I'm a new man. My sleep improved, my relationships stabilized, and I found a role where I’m valued. I should have been kicked out sooner!

Tino gone

Tino gone! He was only just added to the EC but now has gone and being replaced by someone who doesn’t even work for Xerox (yet, maybe ever?) Pushed or had a better offer elsewhere?

The constant stress is unbearable

Even at the start of the weekend I'm thinking about work and Sunday nights are pure dread. I'm starting to realize that if a job’s making me this anxious, it’s not worth it. No paycheck even begins to cover that damage.

A FARE WELL TO TIGERS

Many A3 Tigers will be turning their van keys today. They will not be forgotten, and impossible to replace!

*32% OF THE REQUIRED VOTES

SB has said this repeatedly, and it's been in the quarterly filings. When you look at the ownership, it makes no sense: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lexmark The ownership is: Ninestar (formerly Apex Technology): 51% PAG Asia Capital: 43% Legend... — read more

The Lexmark Deal is Dead.

There is 0% chance this deal gets approved during a trade war. SB knows this and straight up lied during the earnings call when he said he expects the merger to close in Q3/Q4. They've known this since Liberation Day.

Synergies gonna synergize

Steve B and John Bruno are both in the news for each purchasing $100k in xrx stock. This looks like nothing more than a publicity stunt to make it look like they have enough faith in the reinvention to put their own money where their mouth is.

The Dividend is Slashed

Sapience tracking

Anyone else had to download Sapience?. Some windows monitor system. Don’t have money for pay increase but money to track everyone’s time usage.

Pay Day??

Is it pay day ? How can an organization sc--w up something so simple. Overpay , underpay , claw back. I can only start to imagine how f’d up everyone’s withholdings are. X should be paying for accountants to review YTD stubs and make sure we’re... — read more

The Great Replacement is no longer subtle

First it was ITSavvy. Now it is Lexmark. So Lexmark’s Billy Spears joins the Executive Committee as Chief Product Development & Delivery Officer... so the one who is running Product & Engineering no longer reports to JB but reports to Billy? First... — read more

How many people get paid?

If you begin to peel the onion you quickly realize that there are at a minimum of 10 people getting paid for one sale. We wonder why revenue is low? Too many hands are in the pot. We sit in the middle of a reinvention but still push equipment sales... — read more
