Your changes are about 1 in 5

If I were in Vegas, or betting on the Super Bowl, and I had about a 1 in 5 chance of wining I would bet BIG $$$$. Since Xerox is my livelihood, and I have a mortgage and three kids in school, I am not feeling so great about a 15% change of losing my... — read more

Xerox Toronto - Closed.

Moved out couple weeks ago. Xerox no longer has an address in Canada’s largest city. It wasn’t much square footage to begin with but at least it was something… this looks really bad.

Pit in my stomach

A 20+ year career mostly in sales and sales leadership. I’ve become accustomed to the annual recalibration , resetting of expectations , starting over at zero and the sometimes hard swallow or pit in my stomach that comes with a new year. This... — read more

I see things have not improved

I left in 2021. It was bad then but judging by what I've been reading here things have only gotten worse. I'm sorry, guys. I worked with some great people and I really did hope the leadership would get its act together for the sake of the rest of... — read more

They don’t have a clue

Announcement from Steve B about -15% and a brand new organisation was right start January. Weeks later nothing happened. They don’t know what they are doing - making it up as they go along. No plan before Steve B said what he did. Not a clue

Cash is becoming an issue at Xerox

Xerox stock has been boosted by dividends and stock buy-backs since Icahn's failed attempt to buy HP back in 2020. The lightning-quick comment at the end of the Q&A session that there would be no buy-backs in 2024 was telling. That's a warning... — read more

Hang in there

How are you current Xeroids doing? Get out now or don't. Make sure it works for you. If you can stick around and are "happy", great. If not, stick it out til getting the call and get that severance. It may be weak now compared to prior years, but... — read more

When is the layoff in US expected?

When do you think we have the talked about 15% rank-and-file layoff? I would think they want people gone by end of 1st Qtr. I work with someone who was told they are getting laid off IRIF and they had / have until Jan 31 as their last day (they are a... — read more

There are two types of Xerox employees

2023 Q4 - Worse than anticipated.

Absolutely horrid. Deck was as thin as the substance, which given the size of the miss is really indicative: evident to all that xrx is more lipstick than pig. Only interesting part was the small print disclaimers; Non GAAP Financial Measures. If xrx... — read more

Stock up

JB and SB are doing it. New look of Xerox seems to be very well received by the Street. Optimistic about the future. Low performers should be worried (obviously). High performers, giddy up. Change was needed, change is happening, finally.

Fudged numbers???

Some posts suggesting that TKkk fudged numbers. Can you say more?

Is this just US based?

Are the layoffs primarily affecting US markets or going to be seeing cuts globally. Aren’t the UK going into a recession!?

Its mostly the direct sales that is going to get cut.

The press reporting the 15% story clearly don't get what’s happening. Several of the have reported a 15% cut of “staffers” Its not staff thats going to take the brunt of the cuts. Its SALES. All those former GIS cores, “specialists”, all the direct... — read more

RB is taking over JCS's responsibilities on an interim basis. AL from ESI is out (unsure if fired or resigned) and KP from C2 in VT (2021 ITS acquisition) is taking on some/all of his workload, which will be a disaster. RB is saying there will be... — read more
