When my homie B quit they should've turned the lights. Looks like they have quite the team over there now. Wowzas
2022 401K Match
Any word when the 401k match gets deposited?
Happy New Year!!
Welcome back, you're laid off, buh-bye.
Year End Finale
The gods of gear rained machines across this great country of ours this past month just in time to make the naysayers put their potato peelers away. Could the trickle tracklin of gear leading up to the gusher been a calculated move conspired from... — read more
Another holiday weekend. Are you being forced to work on the new year company holiday?
If X wants to make a day a company holiday then it should apply to all, not just sales, admin and corporate leadership. It worked fine for GISX before X took over TS. If the company declared a holiday it applied to everyone. GISX was growing and... — read more
Feeling that you wasted your career here?
My mistake is that I didn't leave earlier.
Working on Monday since some customers will be open?
One of the worst policies since X took over TS is making techs work on company holidays.
Indicators of coming layoffs

Sometimes we just have to face the truth
The company doesn’t work for you - no company does. Xerox is working exactly as it wants to - to your own detriment. They don’t want to do “the right thing” by your judgement. They’re happy for you to bray and cry so long as you fit into their slow... — read more
The irony of training your own replacement
Training your replacement to ensure your severance means that you are good enough to transfer knowledge to a future employee. So, where is the logic for a person, who is a good worker and has the skills, to be laid off?
Gone end of February ☹️
I was informed yesterday that my job is over on Feb 28. Worked for Xerox for a long time and was moved to HCL a few years back- now my job is being moved to TCS the new outsourcing company and I get to train my replacement. This is hard. I really... — read more
Closing Time…
I would strongly encourage current Xerox employees to spend time to exit the company and find a culture of Trust..Growth and that cares about there people and customers. When you represent a company we should believe in it and not cover for it.
Sad thing is they think they are making things better
While the company continues to sink due to lack of vision, lack of quality employees and a bunch of other issues, it seems to me that the leadership actually thinks they are making things better. Are they totally delusional or what?
401K Match
Does anyone have confirmation of this years 401K match cancellation? Trying to determine if I turn in my notice now or stick it out and wait til I get my 6K in the match.
Xerox Layoffs 2023
This thread is for info about potential Xerox layoffs? Any chatter, news or rumors?
Xerox is simply outdated in all regards
No matter how many cheerleaders try to make it seem otherwise, that's an indisputable fact. Add to that some of the worse politics you could imagine, and it's clear why it's so hard to show the company's relevance and value. There is no future here... — read more
The pyramid
Another overpaid John??! The pay package is sinful in light of the continued layoffs in critical functions, no 401k match, no pay increases and continued outsourcing. Nice to be friends of Steve.
Will it go out
Lots of talk about a big shake up at my core in time for the quarter end. Going to be a lot of whining and crying or wining and dining. Go out and buy a box of popcorn if you don't have any in the cupboard this is going to be good. Happy Thanksgiving... — read more

Anniversary pins
Anyone sell their anniversary pins? I have forty plus years' worth of these milestones that need a new home. As I earned them, I thought they would be to keep for memories. Now the way the company has changed have zero attachment to them.
Lack of skills at a new job
A colleague who left recently told me how, despite being happy because he left X, he is under a lot of pressure in the new company, considering that his skills have been significantly eroded here. Now he has to put in double efforts at his new job... — read more
If Xerox was a farm dog
It would be brought behind the barn and given the Old Yeller treatment.
