Outstanding Commissions and Bonuses

Let me start by saying this: I am very aware that I make good money but I'm confident anyone you speak to from back office, to drivers, to technicians would agree I deserve it for working so hard. Currently as a result of having 1/10 of the sales... — read more

The disconnect is real.

Can't purchase parts or supplies, handling contract buyouts, outsourcing, laying off sales people, managers and service providers fixing the broken copiers. But at least we have that great new program for inclusion and diversity with a team announced... — read more

When does the sale start?

We are obviously shedding weight to appeal to a buyer. Positions aren't being filled from corporate to smallest cog in the minor offices. When you lose technical service representatives for multiple rounds of lay offs, something more is happening... — read more

Provide the effort Xerox deserves

I see people who are still trying so hard and doing several jobs because they are picking up after the many who were laid off and I can't help but wonder why. Xerox doesn't deserve your best. I stopped giving my best to the company a long time ago... — read more

What I tell my customers

I explain we are dealing with massive layoffs and budget cuts which is causing delays in service, parts, and manufacturing. Xerox sold off parts distribution centers, sent escalation teams overseas, ki---d a merger with a huge source of chips, PCB... — read more

Inhumane and disrespectful

Nobody is interested in improvements - all they want is to preserve the status quo and to have a cheap workforce that doesn't rock the boat. If you're not cheap enough, you're gone. If you dare think outside the box, you're gone. If you don't want to... — read more

How many more?!

How many more techs will be let go?! This is crazy! You keep letting go these technicians, and expect the remaining to pick up the work.. unbelievable… I hope Xerox goes belly up, they deserve it 🖕🏼

Mary McH is gone!

Interesting to know if she resigned or has been "invited" to leave. Today is her last day @ Xerox!

Forever on backorder

My manager talks like our backlog is going to save us. It reminds me of the scene in D-mb n D-mber with the briefcase full of IOU's. I wonder if I'll ever see my deals turnover. Why work?

And that's a wrap

We're setting off fireworks tonight team! Another quarter in the books; Fortunes were made, hearts were broken, souls sold for pennies on the dollar, techs stretched like taffy, multi tasking was mandatory, noses were browned, ones were owed, and... — read more

But we still have brown-nosers

The writing is painted in big bold neon colors on the wall and yet we still have a couple people in our core who still refuse to abandon their bootlicker ways. There are still people here who will trade whatever dignity they still have for a "you... — read more

I think I'll be laid off soon

Or fired. Up until a month ago, I was constantly busy. Now it feels like there’s less and less to do daily. Even when I'm actively looking for things to do, I'm met with a wall. There's nothing else I can think of as a reason for this change other... — read more

Do you plan to be at Xerox in the next two years?

This is not a question for those who are already looking for something new. I'm wondering how many people who are not planning to leave just yet see themselves still being here two years from now. I'm just hoping to see how many people see Xerox as... — read more

Winter is coming!

This is bad news for Xerox and whomever stays. Every single person I’ve spoken to in our organization is looking for a new job. It’s not 3, or 5 or even 10. It’s every single person in operations, service and sales. My best prediction is our region... — read more

Contract hiring Frozen?

Has anyone heard whether contract hiring is frozen? We haven't been able to get a req approved for months. They didn't reject it either - it's just sitting there in the system. Also it appears that new POs are on hold. Seems like they're... — read more

Q3 Layoffs

Does anybody know or think this place will do layoffs with just 2 weeks left? Some say it will get good again and I want to believe them because my dog and I need the income but I don't know. Not looking good. Tia

Falling like rain

I saw a lot of people's emails coming back undeliverable this week. That's how I find out someone has been cut. When I brought this up on a call with my manager he downplays it like usual and then arranges meetings to plan how to spread the... — read more

Not sorry for the good news!

Haters are gonna hate, but my team's got what it takes! We'll do the jobs of 10 people, we don't have anything to lose and somebody has to get this money. Channel lines for equipment are looking like rivers of milk and honey and the month is... — read more

Like a phoenix (it can happen again)

I was taking my morning bath and remembered how a lot of techs were IRF when the pandemic was in full swing and how a lot them were eventually called back. I think once the backlog starts unclogging a lot of the techs who were IRF this round will get... — read more

Have you seen our staff lately?

I seriously have to laugh at the people suggesting salespeople and drivers should be installing maintaining equipment. Sorry to generalize, have you recently seen our remaining operations and sales staff?

Done with layoffs for 2022?

Just trying to plan the balance of the year - think we are safe and layoffs are over until next year? I need this job. Pay is okay and it is not a bad place to work. But, I always feel like we are about six months from disaster. Also why don't we... — read more

Just laid off with no notice

My TSM called me in, he seemed like he just got the news himself the previous day. We've lost a 4 TSR's in the past 4 months, and we have a massive call volume. Parts have been delayed the entire time.

Sept 1 Saxon Miami Town Hall meeting with CEO Steve

Xerox newly appointed CEO Steve will be visiting Saxon Thursday September 1st to host a townhall meeting. One would think he could use his time better, this seems like another "hoorah" everyone is safe and then more layoffs. Would someone please... — read more
