I thought I would have to stay here for a long time because I'm not very marketable. I spent months looking for a new job but it finally paid off. I'm a little euphoric because I'll have a 20 percent higher pay. I say this only as advice to those... — read more
Pointless meetings
I am totally drained after all these meetings where nothing new is said or done. An awful lot of time is wasted every month on meetings without clear set of objectives and goals. Anyone else feel like it's a pointless waste of time and energy?
What is Digital Transformation in your eyes?
JV wants us to accelerate it. Can we define what it is first?
How long will you allow senior managers to talk to you like you are the problem?
The daily beatings continue. It is clear that those of us that continue to tolerate the vitriol that spews from the mouths of this company's most senior leaders have issues. On a daily basis those of us that interact with the likes of JCS, MM, TK... — read more
XBS daily beat down
The new way to deal with Xerox pathetic supply chain issues is to brow beat the logistics managers on a daily basis. SA and team work over the ops people every bleeping day. Even JCS has weekly mtgs with these folks. The floggings will continue... — read more
I hate what Xerox has turned into
Employees are no longer treated as humans but like robots. We are overworked and severely underpaid. They expect us to do everything while paying us the bare minimum - and they'd avoid that as well if they only could. I am at the point where I... — read more
No buyer
I can't think of a company that could possibly buy Xerox. Can you?
2022 Q1 Employment 23400
Up 100 people from 4Q 2021 (23,300). I find this curious, knowing there have been layoffs recently in Webster. Must have occurred in April and we will see the results in the 2Q Earnings Summary.
Don't let yourself be laid off/fired without having a job lined up
The fact is companies have a tendency to lowball unemployed applicants. They are always more likely to accept an offer that is far from ideal than those who still have a job. Do yourself a favor and don't put yourself in the position of having to job... — read more
Fear of the truth
There are a lot of smart people who left after their work here was made difficult just because they made it clear that they didn't agree with the manager's philosophy. Here, "good" employees are only those who say what management wants to hear... — read more

Carl's Plan
If you want a peek into Carls plan for Xerox. Carl now owns 21.9% of outstanding Xerox shares as part of a nearly $900 million investment, according to the schedule 13d addendum filed with the SEC on April 22, 2022. Why is this important? Xerox... — read more
A culture of secrecy
I am so annoyed by the culture of secrecy at Xerox. Management seems to think it is perfectly fine to leave employees out of the loop. I believe there are many who have left Xerox for this very reason. Don't we deserve at least a little more... — read more

Isn't it obvious that it's not worth staying here?

Don't expect any more major rounds
Xerox is at the stage where having a massive round of layoffs like we used to have for years is no longer feasible. Doing so would cripple the company's ability to do anything, and even our leadership isn't stupid enough to do that. What we will be... — read more

It's done. Kaput. Soon to cease being a going concern. Lump sum option will soon be a thing of the past. Grab a life jacket and jump before you get pulled under.

No one mentions layoffs
There don't seem to be any new rumors about layoffs. Does this mean that there won't be any cuts soon?

Are Long time "Xerox" employees leaving with big pensions in-hand ??
It seems that many Xerox people who quit are getting big pensions. I've been told that pensions range from $2,000-$6000 monthly or taking a lump sum is also possible. Who has more details?
John V
Anyone know why John V lost so much weight? Just dieting or is he sick?
Why do you waste energy complaining?
If someone can't find a new job now, they either don't try very hard at all or they don't have any skills at all. I don’t know anyone who was serious about looking for a job that didn't get an offer. Now is the best time to find a new job. There is... — read more
