People are still too afraid

Starting with myself. I know it has never been easier to find a job than it is now, but I am constantly anxious about losing my job here. For that reason, I take on all the work they transfer to me and I am completely exhausted. On second thought... — read more

What is a “liquidity event” ?

Hmmm, maybe we will never see that 401K match at end of 2022 - why do these guys get a bonus on a “liquidity event” - what are they planning? And what will it cost us? XRX 8K Report: ... — read more

To 2022

2 pro's and 2 negatives. Pro 1 - Reinstated 401k matching. Neg 1 - you have to wait a year to receive it (can we make it). Pro 2 - reinstated merit increase. Neg 2 - Is it really based off your performance eval or will get screwed with another 3%... — read more

No new products

This is bad. When will X release a new, good product? What miracle will it take for a company to finally launch a new, great thing and what can we expect without it? I think that even those who think that this is still a good place to be... — read more

Remember to not trust so easily.

No reasons to stay

Xerox no longer gives any good reason why anyone would want to stay here. Or am I wrong? I was surprised at how quickly I got the offer. Now I only regret that I didn't start looking for something else earlier.

Is the CEO ill - does not look the same

Very uninspiring session on the Town Hall. Is the CEO sick he looked ill to me? He really was not looking well. Why are so many Senior Managers bailing out - all of them gone by end of January? What do they know?

They are trying to prove themselves in the wrong way

Of course, no one will probably ever tell him that, but his role is beyond his capacity. I am talking about my manager. He is probably aware of that himself, and so he tries to compensate for the lack of competencies in another way - by continuous... — read more

The Great Exodus

Last month I had 4 service reps ask me about coming over to join me at a Dealer, they've seen the writing on the wall. Another rep (in another city) spoke with a former Xeroid I know and asked if he had heard about "The Great Exodus". I know the... — read more

Don't have high expectations

My only hope is that I will find a new job soon. It's only getting worse here. My motivation is zero and I have been unhappy working here for a long time. Is it hopeless to have any more expectations from this company? Does anyone have any optimism... — read more

Xerox has a little CIO problem

Sounds like some changes in leadership are happening, with more of the actually capable leaders retiring, and the less capable getting promotions. The new CIO is the same guy who doubled down on the Webster data center just a few years ago. Dinosaur... — read more

Benefits will continue to erode

That is one of the easiest ways for the leadership to save money. They laid off too many people as it is so that avenue of easy cost savings is gone, for now at least. The next best thing? Cut whatever you can from the remaining employees. They'll... — read more

Layoffs are far from our only issue

We have a big number of employees who have been here very long and have completely lost their drive. We have an utterly dysfunctional relationship between management and employees. Products are outdated. If there is a path to future revenue growth, I... — read more

What would save this company?

Some say merger might save Xerox. I don't really think so. I don’t believe there’s anything that could save this company, but I may be thinking too negatively. Anyways, I don't intend to be here much longer but I wonder what you think a merger... — read more

Xerox is...

Excessive expectations

Every day I wonder if our management's expectations from employees are a little too high? It doesn't work that way. It is not possible to make so many demands on employees and give them peanuts in return. Only those who for some reason cannot go... — read more
