Pre-Thanksgiving parade tradition

Xerox has a reliable history of the pre-Thanksgiving Day Parade (layoffs). Now that Project OwnIt has only delivered 60% of the savings commitment for 2019 we can only assume this years event will be significant. Good luck to all. If you can exit... — read more

Xerox hoping HP will buy them.

Wagers on Naresh Shanker future in Q1?

Somebody has to take the fall when Q1 end rolls around. Will it be NS? SB? Or will a non-icahnian non-HP failboy take the hit? Inquiring minds want to know. Only a merger or sale can prevent the need to place blame once Wall Street wakes up to what... — read more

How safe am I?

Hey guys. I started working for a xerox owned business about 4 months ago. We seem to do really well in our area. I just found this site and I keep reading about HCS and XBS layoffs. Seems as though it’s all doom and gloom here. I really like my job... — read more

Does early retirement go away if HP acquires Xerox?

Since some think that Icahn is trying to goad HP into acquiring Xerox, what would happen to the Xerox defined benefit plan if that happened? I know ERISA stipulates that benefits you've earned cannot be taken away. But would HP be required to honor... — read more

Wasn’t John V fired from HP?

John V was fired from HP and now he had Xerox pursuing buying them? What is it with former HP executives and potential retribution agendas. Remember Antonio Perez trying to turn Kodak into a printing company after he left HP?

We are not buying HP

I'm pretty sure this is all a ploy to make it seem Xerox is doing better than it is. By the end of the day, we can't afford HP. So stop panicking and/or getting angry about something that is not happening. Lord knows there are plenty of real things... — read more

When is the movie coming out?

The downfall of Xerox, lies, manipulation, layoffs, empty promises, merger rumors and demise of customer relationships could create a solid storyline for a new movie. Call it, Icahn and Icant give a sh–.

Why would John V act like such a jerk on a webcast?

I don’t get it? On the Employee Earnings Webcast John V is a combative jerk to AnnMarie, refusing to play nice, and acknowledge her World Series question – because it is all about HIM, and then he argues because he doesn’t understand and screws up... — read more

Xerox Rehire Changes - FYI

This will not last long, like Xerox

Has anybody else noticed the number of treads on here that vanish? Are Xerox spending precious funds on lawyers who pressure sites like this? Utter, utter, wa**ers.

Is John V taking lessons from Michael Scott??

After watching the webcast I think John V. is modeling his leadership style based on Michael Scott. He really has no idea what he should be talking about. His style is just outright laughable.

At some point there won’t be any more costs to cut

I see revenue now on a 5% to 15% decline over the last 12 months and accelerating (no surprise) and costs only out-matched by a decline in costs (us). At some point, likely in 2020, there won’t be any more costs to cut (except for John’s salary!)... — read more
