We have all ready the recent filings about HCL. Now what? Just work? HA HA! Ya right!

Is there a legal limit how much they can outsource?

I’m guessing no, but not really an expert on the matter, so thought I’d ask.If this HCL deal works out as the Xerox leadership expect they will be outsourcing more and more, an who could stop them.
