For the 11th year in a row no increase for the lowest earners but anyone above 50k has their earnings reduced AGAIN. Man, compounding costs while keeping pay the same HURTS.

I will leave this place exclusively because of the manager. I believe that if you were to make a list of the biggest and most frequent reasons why employees leave, bad managers would be at the top of that list.
