Our store has lost lots of good people None are being replaced and we are left to do the work of 4 people. Why is Belk not hiring

we did not recieve an employee pay raise this year, normally the last week of March. no mention of merit increase this year.

At our store it seems the last two years have been a secret best of belk. Is this the new norm in the company? Is it so management does not have to answer questions why one associate got it over someone else. Just wondering.

the 30 day return policy was short lived all belk stores will change to a 7 day return limit on 5/1/23, and designer merchanidse, fine jewlery, cosmetics, evening dresses, and shoes will be final sale.
