What are the shifts like at your store? Mine is usually us getting off at 6:00 or we get off at 9 if we close. Then they put the schedules out right before the new week and try to change it the day of your shift. Is it like that anywhere else?

Rumor has it that Michael Kors and Brahmin will be pulling out of Belk sometime this year. Belk has lost almost all of its “better brand” vendors.

In 2009, Belk had approx 23,000 workers, now it only has about 9,000 company wide. A huge drop in workforce.
