The customer is now more dangerous than ever before. Mean threats are aimed at me, some with physical attacks implied. Not only is Belk toxic it is now dangerous.

Obviously they dont care about the loyal associates who have worked with them for years. They're going to use us as much as possible, until the end.

We would appreciate any info on the steps Belk initiates before closing a store. Our managers continue to be us, and insist our store will not close, lying to us until the end.

Anyone else hearing this? With centralized registers and low staffing levels. Everyone from store managers to sales associates will be getting the axe. Small doors are down to one register at some locations.
