not only is delayed or incorrect pay against the wage and hour laws, it's a signal that a company is in serious trouble (computer problems or not), it's a giant red flag to get out. nobody should have to tolerate this in the workplace.

Belk runs there salary people in the ground, doesn't give but 2% raises and expects you to work 24-7 even when your off. If they started treating there employees and salary position people better they could keep them.
