So finally they have admitted that "some roles will be impacted". They want to move positions to GBS from local entities. And also a new center in India is to be established. More news should follow in the coming months.

We need to acquire some assets soon. We are falling behind and stock price is not keeping pace with our peers. Get rid of these inexperienced, young and over-promoted bpx people and rebuild our C suite and go buy something.

It's kind of like when one of your friends gets married. It puts ideas in their heads and soon, everybody is doing it. If you don't act fast, all the good ones will get snapped up. Then you're left with some ugly Scot with a lot of bad gas.
