Does anyone know for sure yet if people who were LR are still eligible to get an IPF? I have seen mixed answers.

Commercial Hiring

Why are they hiring so many account managers? Seems a sure bet for an LR in 3-6 months during a recession. Makes no sense unless they are just trying to bring in new college grads to replace seasoned sales folks.

Received reward budget for my team

Check your workday if you are people manager. Just got reward budget for my team. Are we allowed to go over the merit, bonus, stock numbers? First time doing this and very disappointed looking at the numbers.

The problem good earnings and a rising stock price is leadership forgets how horribly we treated the laid off employees that helped us make those numbers. The numbers are clearly more important to leadership than the people.
