It has just happened. Today my manager had one-on-one and told that my contract is not getting renewed for this quarter due to budget cuts. This is in SP group. Looks like lots of cuts are expected across the board. Time has come and its real !!

I've been with Cisco for more than 5 years as a contractor and renew quarterly by SOW, but sadly just told that my status has changed to temp worker, and I can only work up to a year, then must leave. Anyone has a similar experience?
