Mid-year advance

Did anybody else get notification of the mod-year advance in email today? Mine is very low. Ugh

Will CSCO be a hypocrite as a US Gov Contractor?

Will they increase our salary due to RTO mandate?

I could double my salary if I didn't want to work remotely. If Cisco forces RTO the salary worthy be competitive enough to keep good people. The only ones who will stay are the ones on H1B slavery or can't find jobs anywhere else.

I came out of the network closet

I came out of the network closet… and immediately got a stronger connection! I told my coworkers I was like an enterprise grade AP, optimized for all environments, but definitely not straight. I prefer that SFPs are to be plugged into the rear of... — read more

Two entirely different approaches to impending Tariffs. Apple will invest 500 billion in US / Texas mfg, while Cisco will continue unchanged. Will be interesting to see which approach works out. Thoughts?

It's sad how much things have changed

We seem to be at a point where the only thing higher-ups care about is how to keep their cushy spots. They don't care how they'll achieve that. They’ll wreck careers, stall progress, and call it leadership. We're sadly at the point where even laying... — read more
