Just curious who made the actual decision to pick me for the LR in my group ? My manager was in tears when telling me and it felt like it wasn’t her choice, but I’m not sure… Just curious…

Market seems pretty bad for jobs. Very demotivated and disappointed. Feel bad because the ones let go were really good hard working people.

Got offered the work two months then take your four months severance pay. Is it tools down now for two months and just focus on training and recertification and job hunting or what? Are they expecting me to do my job as expected for two months?
