I bluntly told them that my manager is mediocre and I need more pay than what he gets to continue. He doesn't even know how to speak English and not sure how he became a manager. Cisco su-ks as long as you encourage these mediocre talent.

Today was the 2nd layoff in 8 months within Security Sales. This is directly due to the inept leadership and disastrous decisions from the GSSO SLT. Round 3 of Security Sales layoffs is coming in Q3.
