Can someone explain why we have an Army of Contractors and Expats working on Bayu Undan Infill Wells Project in Perth...Why can't IOSC Projects take over such a small project scope to cut costs?

I would really prefer an outside Company come in and assess costs and do layoff recommendations instead of the same old internal "buddie system".....if your going to clean house use bleach!
