To protect the dividend and survive $34/barrel oil, I've heard one idea of a pay cut to a 4-day work week. Anyone have other ideas?

WTI @ $34. ConocoPhillips is $26 per barrel short of $60 per barrel break even. $1.5 billion per month loss.

I wanted to volunteer to get laid off in October but I was pretty sure it would have been denied. Nobody in our group got laid off. I had another job that paid almost what I get now. It would have been a nice bonus if it would have worked out.

Any guesses?
