Cuts aren’t needed. People keep leaving on their own. Look at how many job openings there are. It’s not because of growth, it’s because they can’t keep people and half of the people that leave don’t get backfilled.

The mergers weren’t the problem. The leadership (that’s you, Vince) was the problem. Lack of building or shoring up infrastructure, failure to make these units cohesive, Adam (let’s just get to the finish line) Mitchell being in charge of software and programs, Mike Brodnick being a CSO who hated salespeople and all his koolaid drinking cronies was the problem. Cameron, you needed to pay a bit more attention to your bickering children too. Letting TSYS effectively get dissolved when the programs, vendor relationship, etc. were always stronger than Heartland’s…shame. #dumpsterfire #getoutnow
