Perhaps Macy's thinks it's saving money that way, but I think poorly trained employees cost the company even more. Will there ever be better employee training here? I doubt it, although it should be one of the priorities.

Calling many here managers would be an insult to the few people who actually know how to do that job and do it well. Unfortunately, most managers here are slackers with inflated egos. How did they ever get into managerial positions I wonder?
