I have been reading and watcging companies getting frustrated with Covid and making the vaccine a requirement to keep your job. I know we are huge, but after listening to BM and other executives it seems possible. What are your thoughts?

At this point in my job at this bank, I don't care anymore. I don't approach my job with care or attention any more. I just show up and punch in and punch out. I feel we are all on a gigantic ship sailing aimlessly through the ocean with no real leadership or direction. I really thought we had competent leaders but we don't. I look at other organizations and envy them because they care about there employees. They put their employees first and give them positive feedback on what they will do for them . BOA just constantly shlits on us make our lives miserable.

Your correct when you don't have a union to protect you. BM and management will cr-p all over you when ever they can as often as they can. As a former union member I know there is strength in numbers. What we need if a good old fashion militant union like the IBEW, Teamsters or today's SIEU.
at least those tech companies that require it are hybrid and wfh friendly.

This is the kind of shlit that happens when you don't have unions. This CEO BM can do whatever the he-l he wants and get away with it. He can still put our jobs on the line if we don't vaccinate or RTO. This dude is a clueless mofoker that doesn't give a damn . I hope the delta variant take his block head azz down.
