It’s not difficult. While most prefer WFH, productivity is higher at Bank facilities. In spite of the noise and distractions measurements have demonstrated that productivity is higher in the office. We studied it for two years.

Every other company is trying to dump their real estate like a hot potato. This company wants to INCREASE its real estate presence. Tells you all you need to know about this place.

@1oqn

The gym can easily be set up for collaboration areas. Long tables, chairs, power strips and water coolers…. voila, instant collaboration center just like NY & Pittsburgh.

So what they are actually doing is cramming 3 buildings into one in Lake Mary and to be able to fit everyone they are saying we will have state of the art work spaces.

The desks are about 1/3rd the size of our current desks (although they have the ability to raise for standing) and the best part is we are going to the hoteling arrangement where you get the luxury to share that desk with someone else!

So good luck to anyone who is on phone calls often because everyone will be elbow width away from eachother and a ton of noise added (but it will be okay because they said there will be many side conference rooms you can go to to take calls haha!)

Sorry, @1zrp, but you're full of crapolla. Charlie NEVER said anything about Oriskany. Not to mention that Oriskany is STILL open!

Wow. At least Charlie Scharf gave Oriskany a 3 year guidance before closing it. Lake Mary got blind sided.

the Lake Mary employees did not have enuough desks in this great RTO initiative already

how else are they going to force everyone to go back 5 days a week without the additional office space.

such a horrible mistake to spend that extra unnecessary money in the commecial real estate,
and they pretend the gym and cafeteria is a good thing,.... yea probably so 10 years ago, such backwards thinking

should have allow whoever wants to WFH WFH.

I thought they already had an office there ? Isn’t that why they deemed it one of 3 “growth” locations
